This Node Operator Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Sovren Network as a node operator ("Operator").
By purchasing, deploying, or operating a Sovren Node, you agree to these terms.
Operating a node is voluntary participation in decentralized infrastructure.

There is no guarantee that any token will be created, distributed, or have value.

Participation may be restricted or prohibited in certain locations. Sovren makes no representation that participation is permitted in all jurisdictions.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovren Technologies Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
The network may be updated or modified at any time, including changes to participation requirements, functionality, or reward mechanisms.
Sovren reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation or access to the Services at its discretion, including for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
By operating a node, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
